Dr. Shook has been providing quality dental care since 2001. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. He completed additional training at The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies in Occlusion and also attended The Nash Institute for Dental Learning and Misch Resnik Implant Institute, as well as continued education at the Scottsdale Institute and Spear Dental Education Center. Community is an important aspect of Dr. Shook’s life. In addition to providing free dental care for the needy and providing services for local college students, he serves on the Clay County Board of Education and is active in his church. Together with his wife, Laurie and their three children, they enjoy camping, hiking, running, playing and attending sports and biking.
